Swatara police seeking convenience store robbers

SWATARA -- Police are investigating a robbery that occurred Sunday night in Oberlin. 

Around 9:54 p.m. Dec. 29, Swatara Police were dispatched to the Turkey Hill at 12 S. Harrisburg St., Oberlin, for a reported armed robbery.

The clerks advised that two black males, wearing hoodies, masks, and gloves entered the store and demanded money.

One of the males is alleged to have displayed a handgun. The males received an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on foot towards Highland Street behind the store.

One male is described as 6 feet tall, average build, wearing a black hoodie with a maroon jacket with yellow stripes around the sleeves and across the back.

The second male is described as 6 feet, 3 inches tall, light-skinned, wearing a dark hoodie with a tan vest.

Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call Swatara Township Police at 564-2550 or to leave at tip online at police seeking convenience store robbers
