Two men were arrested after a robbery in Harrisburg on Sunday.

Officers were called to the area of North 3rd and Hamilton Streets around 11:48 a.m. for a report of a robbery.

The victims told police they were walking in the area when they were approached by two robbers.  Police say one of the males displayed a handgun and demanded their purses. The second suspect also demanded their purses.

Police say the suspects fled the area after taking the purses.  The victims were not injured.

Police made contact with Jeffery Eutzy, in the 300 block of Hamilton Street, and he matched the description of one of the suspects. Police say a second man, Robert Williamson, also matched the description of one of the suspects.

Police say both Eutzy and Williamson entered a home after seeing officers. Police say Eutzy was positively identified by one of the victims.

One of the victim's purses was found near the home, along with a BB gun and black hoodie.

Police say one of the suspects was wearing an #7 Eagles jersey, which was found in the backyard of the home.

Eutzy was taken arrested.  Officers then found Williamson hiding inside a closet in the home. Police say he fought with officers who attempted to arrest him. Once under arrest, police say Williamson broke free and fled from police.  He was tased during the arrest. Police say Williamson was able to pull the taser from a police officer, but officers were able to regain possession of the taser.

Williamson later confessed to detectives his involvement in the robbery.
