UPDATE: Man arrested in connection to bar shooting

YORK CITY -- York City Police have arrested Maurice Rucker, 29, of York City at 2:00 PM today.

According to police, Rucker has been charged with reckless endangering another person, unlawful possession of a firearm and carrying a firearm without a license, for his actions connected with the shooting at Norm's Bar on March 6, 2014.

Police tell CBS 21 that Rucker was arrested without incident.

York City Police are investigating a shooting that happened earlyFriday morning at Norm's Bar on East College Avenue.

Witnesses tell CBS21 that a man entered the bar and opened fire. Two people were injured in the shooting. Police identified the victims as  29-year-old Quran Brown and 32-year-old Norman Turpin.  They were both transported to York Hospital for treatment. At this time, there is no word on their conditions.
