A man is in custody after an incident with police on Monday afternoon. The Dauphin County District Attorney's Office is investigating the incident, which started in the 2500 block of Susquehanna Street in Harrisburg.

Police were called to that location for a suspicious vehicle. When officers arrived, they encountered Matthew Millett, 30, of Westwood Court, Enola.

Police learned there was a burglary warrant for Millett from Florida and attempted to take him into custody.

Officials say a preliminary investigation revealed that Mr. Millett resisted arrest, struggled with the officers and the officers deployed a Taser on him, which had no effect on him.

Millett got into his SUV and drove away at a high rate of speed almost striking one officer, a press release said. Officials say the officer fired a shot once. Millett was not hit by the bullet.

Millett was arrested a short time later by Pennsylvania State Police after a pursuit in Swatara Township around 82nd Street and Gregs Drive.

Harrisburg Police are currently on scene of a reported shooting at Schuylkill and Susquehanna Streets.

Officers were reportedly pursuing a wanted felon and shots were fired. At this time it is unclear if shots were fired by police or the suspect. The suspect fled from police in a Jeep Cherokee.

Around 2:00 p.m. the suspect was taken into custody near the Gilligan's in Swatara Township, Dauphin County.

CBS 21 has a crew at the scene and will provide updates as they become available.UPDATE: Man in custody after police pursuit in Dauphin Co.
