UPDATE: Man set on fire in East Donegal Township

Susquehanna Regional Police say Jeremy S. Hostetter, 35, of Marietta has been charged after allegedly throwing a flamable liquid on a man and lighting it on fire.

Police say Hostetter was charged with aggravated assault, criminal attempt homicide and arson.

Hostetter and Marlin Dyer were allegedly involved in a fight after Hostetter went to Dyer's home and threatened to burn down his home.

Police say Dyer went and located Hostetter on North Decatur Street where the pair got into another fight. Hostetter allegedly doused Dyer with an accelerant which he lit on fire with a lighter.

Witnesses helped put out the fire and Dyer was flown to John Hopkin Bayview Burn Unit  in Baltimore, Maryland. He is currently listed in critical condition.

EAST DONEGAL TOWNSHIP -- CBS 21 News has learned from the Lancaster County dispatch that a man has suffered sever burns after being set on fire by another individual.

It happened around 7:00pm Saturday night. According to Lt. Steve Englert, the victim confronted the suspect, who was in his truck along North Decatur Street. The suspect then threw an accelerant onto the victim and set him on fire.

The 57-year-old victim was flown to Johns Hopkins Bayview Burn Center for treatment, where he is in critical condition.

Police are currently questioning a person of interest. The Lancaster County District Attorney's Office and the State Police Fire Marshal are also investigating.UPDATE: Man set on fire in East Donegal Township
