Lebanon County-   Police are searching for a man they say is armed and dangerous in Lebanon County.

Police are still searching for Eddie Lee Williams Jr. Police say Williams Jr. is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, and persons not to possess a firearm.
Just after 10 A.M. Monday morning, police were dispatched to the 700 block of Fox Ridge Lane in South Lebanon Township for reports of shots fired in an apartment.
“When police arrived, they confronted three individuals who were fleeing out of that apartment.” Lebanon County District Attorney Dave Arnold said. “They chased those three individuals in a vehicle.”
Police say a high-speed chase with speeds exceeding 65 miles-per-hour ensued and ended about 3 miles away in Lebanon City.
“In the area of 7th and Guilford Streets, the vehicle came to a stop.” James Gross, a patrolman with South Lebanon Township Police, said. “Two black male subjects exited the vehicle and began running, one east, one west.”
Gross exited his vehicle and chased one of the men.
“I followed and apprehended him just a couple of blocks away.” Gross said.

Police have identified that suspect as Rick Lavar Cannon, 34, of Harrisburg. Police also arrested Akeita Harden, 29, of Lebanon. Both Cannon and Harden are charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, flight to avoid apprehension, and firearms violations. Cannon has also been charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (cocaine).

Both Cannon and Harden were taken to Lebanon County Correctional Facility without bail.
Neighbors in the area say it was a hectic scene.
“The police were over here, ambulances, fire trucks, it looked like detectives were over here, and it was just chaos over there.” Gladys Chapin, a neighbor said.
CBS 21 News confirmed that two men were shot. One of the men is in his mid-twenties and was shot numerous times. He was shot in the head, the chest, and in the upper arms.
“We did see them bring two bodies out,” Chapin said. “They were both placed in an ambulance.”
The two victims were flown to Hershey Medical Center. Police tell us that the victims were declared brain dead at the hospital and their death is imminent.

On Tuesday, the Associated Press reported that Marcus Antonio Ortiz and Keith Crawford Jr. were the two victims in the South Lebanon shooting.  They both died at the hospital.

“It’s scary! Who would ever think that would happen here? You don’t think it happens in your neighborhood.” Chapin said.
Police remind everyone that Williams remains on the loose and is considered armed and dangerous.
“We don’t have any reason to believe that he would be dangerous to anyone else specifically, but obviously he’s a dangerous person based on what happened here today, so we ask that everyone just keep their eyes open, if they see anything that looks suspicious, call 9-1-1 immediately.” Arnold said.
Please contact the South Lebanon Township Police or the Lebanon County Detective Bureau by calling 717.272.2054 if you have any information on Williams' whereabouts.UPDATE: Police search for third suspect in shooting, two dead victims ID'd
